PILATES HIIT BODY SCULPT

60 minutes High intensity full body sculpt on the mat incorporating props. 

In Body Scan

Body composition analysis using our InBody scanner. Get a detailed report on muscle mass, body fat, and more, so you can track your progress.

BOXING + STRENGTH

A hybrid workout 60 minutes of Boxing 5 rounds of bag hitting and Strength training. 

TRX

TRX (Total Body Resistance Workout):

Challenge your entire body with innovative classes that work on your strength, core and balance utilizing your body weight and suspension training.

Incorporating Props such as conditioning rope, resistance bands, TRX-Sandbag, and Y- Bell weight. All levels!!!

Localized Cryotherapy

Targeted cold therapy to reduce muscle soreness and inflammation. Our Fort Lauderdale studio offers localized cryotherapy sessions to help you recover faster

RIDE+WEIGHTS

Our CrossFit classes are all about pushing your limits and testing your fitness. You'll work on your strength, endurance, and agility while competing against yourself and others.

RIDE

A high-intensity full body workout featuring rhythm riding both in and out of the saddle. Expect advanced choreography to work the upper body and core. Classes with "Weights" in the description will feature 1-2 upper body weighted sections using 3-5 Ibs. dumbbells. While advanced work will occur, all levels welcome as modifications are offered.

CYCLE & SHRED

60 minutes of Cycle & Shred consists of cardio and strength training on and off the bike You give 100% through quick, intense burst of exercises you will burn more fat and calories. This class is designed to increase strength and endurance. Props are included. 

RIDE + BOXING + STRENGTH

Unleash your inner strength and achieve a full-body transformation. This high-energy workout is split in 3 segments combining Ride, Cycling & Strength.

Pilates / BlueFormer

Experience our exclusive BlueFormer machine – a Pilates-inspired workout that sculpts your core and improves balance. This full-body workout is like Pilates turned up a notch for maximum results
